1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl at low speed. Beat for 5 minutes on high.

Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes in a greased and floured bundt pan. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
