Ingredients:  
1 16 oz can pumpkin
1 c. butter
4 egg beaten
1/4 c water
3 1/2 c flour
3 c sugar
4 tsp pumpkin spice
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, butter, eggs and water
Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in nuts

Place batter in 2 greased and floured loaf pans

Bake 350 1 hour 5 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans
