1 head of broccoli, chopped into bite-size pieces
2 - 3 fresh lemons
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, finely diced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Place broccoli florets on cookie sheet. Sprinkle garlic over the broccoli. Whisk lemon juice and olive oil together. Distribute evenly over broccoli. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until broccoli carmelizes. Salt and pepper to taste immediately. Squeeze a little extra lemon onto broccoli when done and serve!

We came up with this recipe when the kids tired of eating steamed veggies. Roasting the broccoli carmelizes it and makes it taste great!
