Ingredients:  
1 yellow cake mix
1 can Mandarin Oranges
1/2 oil
2 eggs

1/2 c. chopped nuts

Frosting:
Large container of Cool Whip
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, oranges, oil and eggs together.

Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake in 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting:
Whip Kool Whip, pudding and pineapple with juice together.

Frost cooled cake.
