1 German Chocolate Cake Mix

14 oz. bag of caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. margarine

1 c. pecans
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cake per the instructions. Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Heat caramels, milk, and margarine in sauce pan until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour caramel sauce over the partially baked cake.
Sprinkle the pecan and chocolate chips over the top of the caramel sauce.

Pour remaining batter over the top and bake for another 20 minutes.

Cool before serving.
