1/2 gallon whole milk
2 pints half and half
1 can Milnot
4 cups sugar
6 whole eggs
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding (or any flavor of instant pudding)

Yield: 2 quarts
Preparation Time: about 2 hours (includes freezing time)**

Beat together all ingredients. **Chill overnight or at least 2-3 hours. Pour into chilled homemade ice cream freezer container. Pack ice and coarse salt around container. Plug in your freezer. The freezer will sound as if it is slowing down and "really" working. You can halve this recipe if you like.

My Aunt Peggy Carter White always made this for the 4th of July large family gathering. She made one freezer of vanilla and one of chocolate. We always had plenty and then some.
