1 c. cooked diced chicken or 2 cans of tuna
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. sliced or slivered almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small diced onion
1 can of mushrooms, drained
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced celery
1 t. lemon juice
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

topping:
Crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients together and put in greased 1 quart baking dish.
Top with crushed potato chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
