COMBINE
1 ½ C flour
1 ¼ C oatmeal
¼ C sugar
1 T baking powder
1 t Cream of Tartar

ADD & STIR UNTIL JUST MOIST
2/3 C Butter melted
1/3 C Milk
1 Egg, slightly beaten
½ C Dried Cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Turn out onto dry cookie sheet prepped w 1 T flour. Work four in until just dry enough to handle & flatten into dinner-plate-sized circle. Dough will be wet. Cut into 10 wedges, separate. Pat with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar.

Bake @ 425 for 12 minutes until lightly browned.
