1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 oz. melted unsweetened baking chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbls vanilla
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, melted chocolate, vanilla and sugar together until well blended. Add 1 egg at a time mix well after each.
Add baking powder and salt, beat until blended.
Add flour 1 cup at a time beat well.

Chill several hours or over night.

Drop teaspoon of dough into powered sugar and roll to coat.

Place cookies 2" apart on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until almost no imprint when touched in center of cookie.

Cool on rack. Store in air tight container.
