1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 t. vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 t. salt
2 1/2c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and almond extract together until well blended.

Mix salt and flour together and add to dough slowly.
Beat well.

Use electric super shooter cookie press. Create wreaths on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Let cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute until removing to finish cooling.

Recipe may be doubled.

The cookies freeze well in a air tight container.

These are the best cookies in the world. Melt in your mouth!! I always take these down to Rocky and Rusty when I head home to the farm. Perfect for Christmas.
