8 Slices white Bread
1 1/2 parboiled link sausages cut in 1/4ths
2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Eggs
2 1/4 C Milk
3/4 tsp Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Night before serving remove crusts from bread, cube and put in buttered 9x13 baking dish. Add sausages and top with cheese. Beat eggs, milk dry mustard and pepper. Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, mix 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1/2 C milk. Pour over top of casserole and Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325º
