4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can Coke or Pepsi (not diet)
1 jar of Bar-B-Q sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Pour 1/2
Bar-B-Q sauce in bottom of pan and spread around. Salt and pepper chicken and place in pan. Pour the rest of the Bar-B-Q sauce over the chicken. Pour the Coke over the chicken. Put lid on. Heat to 375 and cook for 25 minutes. DO NOT LIFT THE LID!

Serve with rice.
