5 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. cornflake crumbs
1/3 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. fat free milk
1 c. shredded American cheese
4 c. sliced cooked carrots, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions, flour, milk and cheese. Stir in carrots. Put mixture in 9x13 pan. Pour cornflake crumbs over the top. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
