1/4 C Flour
1/4 C Oil
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 med onions chopped
dash pepper
2 # thick Round Steak
1 C Water
2 C sliced Carrots
1 8 oz Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper, pound into both sides of meat. Brown meat in small amount of oil. Remove meat. Add water and tomato sauce, stir until mixture thickens a bit and boils. Return meat to pan and add onions and carrots. Cover pan and reduce heat for 15 minutes.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender and carrots are done. If you need more sauce add more tomato sauce and water.
