1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Black pepper
1 Tbsp of sesame oil
1 Tbsp sugar

Vegetables (optional): Slice vegetable thick

Bell pepper
Mushroom
Zucchini
Onion
Egg plant

Mix all of the ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Add in any kind of sliced up vegetables and let marinade for 2-4. Occasionally flip bag over to marinade vegetable evenly.

Grill on the BQ!

This marinade can be used for chicken breast and thighs. The longer you marinade the better it tastes. Marinade no longer than 4 hours.
