3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 12 oz can regular or nonalcoholic beer
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
dash ground red pepper
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1 In a heavy medium saucepan, stir together everything but the egg. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Stir about a cup of the cheese sauce into the beaten eggs. Pour egg mixture into the saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese sauce thickens slightly and just bubbles.
2 Serve over rice, toast or biscuits.
