2 lbs potatoes (small and new are best)
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs flour
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup bacon grease
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
1 Cook potatoes in their skins. Peel and dice.
2 Make a dressing with sugar and flour, bacon grease, vinegar and water. Cook dressing until it thickens. Pour dressing and bacon crumbles over potatoes.
3 Serve warm.
