1 lb lean ground beef
3/4 cup diced onion
1 can (12 oz) tomatoes, I use 1 qt tomato juice
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 salt
3 - 4 slices cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion. Place in 2 qt casserole dish. Add tomatoes, macaroni, celery, Parmesan cheese, sugar, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, stirring once or twice. Add sliced cheese last 5 minutes or until melted.
