1 #10 can arthicoke, drained
2 cups toasted almonds
1/2 cup granulated garlic
1 cup fresh chopped Italian parsley
6 cups olive oil
Zest of 5 lemons
Juice of 5 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Grind almonds in food processor.
Add lemon zest and juice and mix.
Add garlic and parsley and blend.
Add 1/2 can arthicokes and blend in processor with 3 cups of olive oil. Repeat with remaining artichokes and oil.
Empty mixture in to 1 gallon container.
