1 can crescent rolls
1/2 cup mayo
3 or 4 T yellow mustard
1/2 cup broccoli florets
Ham - as much as you would like, cubed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out crescent rolls on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Press seams together with fingertips. In a small bowl, mix ham, mayo, mustard, cheese and broccoli. Scoop mixture onto the crescent dough in the middle, leaving 1 to 1 1/2 inches of dough on either side. Cut the dough into strips on both sides of the mixture. Twist the dough over the top of the mixture. brush the top of the dough with egg whites. Bake at 325 for 15- 20 minutes, until golden brown
