8 - 10 peeled potatoes, sliced 1/8" thick
1 large onion, sliced and diced.
1 large can mushroom pieces
1 can corn, drained
1 stick margarine or butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Form a cooking dish out of aluminum foil by folding a 12 X 30" sheet in half.
On bottom half, place potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and corn.
Cube butter and lay on potatoes.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover with other half of foil and seal tightly.
Put on grill (low or medium)
Heat until bag is puffed up.
It's done!
