2 lbs hamburger
1 onion chopped fine
2 stalks celery chopped fine
2 carrots chopped fine
1/2 cabbage chopped fine
1/4 lb of green beans chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
dash of accent
mix together well and set aside

Wrapper
2 cups AP flour
1 1/2 cup water
mix well, no lumps and refrigerate overnight.


You can used wrapper found in your local super markets as well.

Use a New Teflon pan (use for wrapper only.
wipe with wax paper now and then while heating so wrapper does not stick.

Place small amount of mixture in middle of each wrapper and place in a pan with hot oil. Cook until golden brown. Eat with or with out dip.
