1 c. sugar
1 T. corn starch
c. water
5-6 c. fruit

Topping:
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon (peach only)

Combine sugar, corn starch and water. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Mix with fruit and pour in

Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
