1 (5 oz) bag mix salad blend
1/4 c Caesar salad dressing
1/4 c roasted red peppers
1 (14 1/2oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1 1/2 c grape tomatoes
1 (2 1/4 oz) can sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Place salad blend in large salad bowl; add dressing and toss.
Dice red peppers; layer remaining ingredients on top and serve.
