3-4 lb beef pot roast
salt & pepper
1 small onion, chopped
2 pkg of brown gravy mix
1 c water
1/4c red wine
1/4c catsup
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp worcestershire
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat w/ salt and pepper, place in slow cooking pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hrs. Remove and slice. If desired, thicken sauce with flour disolved in a small amount of water and serve over meat.
