3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. bake mix
2 eggs
2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Topping:
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease pie plate. Mix all cheese cake ingredients. Pour into pie plate. Bake until puffed and dry (about 30 minutes). Mix topping ingredients; spread over cheesecake. Cool at least 3 hours before serving.
