1 Cabbage
4 pcs. Bacon
1Green Pepper
1 Onion
Salt
Pepper
1 pkg Kielbasas Sausage
3 Tsp Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Core and wash cabbage leaves. Cut leaves into halves. Par-boil cabbage 3 minutes, drain water from cabbage and place in skillet with olive oil. Turn heat down and let cook approximately 30 minutes. Add peppers, onions, and sausage, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve with cornbread or any other bread of your choice.
