One quart fresh strawberries
1 box fat free, sugar free strawberry jello
1 box fat free, sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding
2 cups water
1 container fat free cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Slice strawberries and put them in the bottom of a pie plate. Add water to pudding mix and microwave for 3 minutes. Take out and wisk. Put back in microwave for three more minutes. Add jello to mixture. Let cool. Cover strawberries with mixture and put in refrigerator to set. When set, cover top with fat free cool whip and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
