4 C. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp salt
1 3/4 C shortening
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 beaten egg
1/2 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, salt and shortening. Add vinegar, egg and water. Mix well with fork or your hands. It will be soft.

Chill for at least 15 minutes.
