8 oz. fettuccine
1 tbsp. olive oil
12 oz. can evaporated milk
2/3 C Parmesan cheese (fresh)
1/2 C green onion chopped
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions in a large skillet. Drain and toss with oil. Set aside. Add milk and rest of the ingredients to the skillet. Constantly stir till it comes to a boil. Let boil 2-3 minutes and continue stirring. Add pasta and cook just long enough to heat the pasta. Serve immediately. The sauce will thicken.

You can make this into a main meal by adding clams, scallops or shrimp. Be sure they are cooked and just add them at the end when you add the pasta so you can heat them through.
