1 box Corn Chex
1 lb. butter
1 C. Karo syrup
2 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil butter, Karo syrup, brown sugar. Once boiling, mix in baking soda and let boil for 2 minutes, or until light and airy.
Pour Corn Chex into large bowl, and pour hot mixture onve Chex. Mix well.
Scoop into brown paper bag.
Put in microwave for 2 minutes, take out and shake up.
Put in microwave for another 2 minutes, take out and shake up.
Put into microwave for a final 2 minutes, take out and shake up.
Pour back into large bowl and stir every few minutes until cool.

If you don't stir, it will clump up.
A metal mixing bowl worked great with very little cleanup.
Do not double.
