2 C. Flour
1 Tbs Sugar
1 tsp Salt
3/4 C Shortening
1 Egg Yolk, beaten
1/4 C Milk
1 Tbs Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put dry ingredients in bowl. Add shortening to flour mixture and cut in. While cutting in shortening, add egg and lemon juice then, lastly, add milk. Mix well. Shape into two balls and roll out on floured surface.
