6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 med. onion, peeled and sliced
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup,seasoning and milk together. Mix potatoes and onions together and place a layer in a casserole. Add part of the soup mix and part of the cheese. Repeat these steps until all ingredients are used. Bake, covered at 375 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
