1 sheet frozen puff pastry
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts cut in 1 " chunks
8 oz. cream cheese
4 minced cloves of garlic
2 Tbls. parsley flakes (or diced green onions)
1/2 t. salt and pepper

1 egg beaten

Let puff pastry thaw for 20-30 minutes.

Pre heat oven to 425.

In bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic, parsley. Mix Well.

Cut the chicken into chunks.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roll out pastry to 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 rectangles.

Spread rectangles with cream cheese mixture. Place 1/4 of the chicken in the center of each rectangle. Brush edges of rectangle with egg and fold up edges and seal tightly across the top.

Place seam side down on ungreased baking sheet. Brush completely with beaten egg.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
