3 lbs. fresh salmon fillets
1 1/2 Tbls fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbls olive oil
1 Tbls Dijon mustard
4 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 c. diced onion
2 dashes cayenne pepper
2 dashes salt
1 t. dried basil
1 t. dried dill

Directions:
Directions:
In small sauce pan saute oil, garlic, onion, mustard, cayenne, salt, basil, and dill over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Place salmon fillets skin side down on piece of heavy-duty foil with edges folded up to make a pan.
Pour sauce evenly over the fillet.

Place on grill and cover with lid.

BBQ over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until fish is light, flaky and light pink in color.

Or baked in the oven on 350.
