1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup beaten eggs
2 cups finely crushed pretzels
1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Place flour in resealable plastic bag.
Blend egg and mustard in a small shallow dish.
Place crushed pretzels in a second shallow dish.
Add chicken pieces to flour; shake to coat.
Dip each chicken piece into egg mixture; then coat with pretzel crumbs.
Place chicken pieces on sprayed baking sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
