12 Chicken tenders
2 eggs beaten
1 Tbls grated Parmesan cheese
1 t. instant chicken bouillon granules
1 t. parsley flakes
dash of pepper
3 Tbls. flour
2 Tbls. cooking oil or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, Parmesan cheese, bouillon granules, parsley and pepper together, whip with fork.
Heat oil in 12" skillet
Coat chicken in the flour and dip in the egg mixture.
Brown in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place in baking dish and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Because this recipe is a little messy to prepare, I triple this recipe and put the extra browned chicken on a cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen I transfer the chicken in freezer bags. It stays good in the freezer for 2 months. I take out as many pieces as I want to fix and add 5-10 minutes to the cooking time if chicken is frozen.
