1 c. shortening
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2-3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

1 part sugar to 1 part cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Make cookie dough. Roll into balls and roll into sugar / cinnamon mixture. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes.
