Dry Ingredients:
2 c Oatmeal (Instant flavored or 1/2 and 1/2)
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt

In Blender:
1 c Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Brown Sugar

Vanilla yogurt


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Blend milk, eggs, oil and brown sugar. Combine moist ingredients with dry ingredients. Allow to set for 5 min. Stir and pour into buttered 1 Qt. baking dish.

Bake 325 for 45 min. Server hot with milk or vanilla yogurt.

We like to substitute cooked vanilla pudding, doubling the milk.
