1 c diced potatoes
1 c diced carrots
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
1 c flour
1 lb can of diced tomatoes
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 stick of butter
10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb cooked and drained hamburger

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, celery, carrots, onions and bouillon in 8 cups of water until tender. In large frying pan melt butter and slowly add flour until pasty; slowly add 2-3 cups of soup broth mixing until smooth. Stir this mixture into soup pot with veggies. Add hamburger, can of tomatoes and frozen veggies. Cook on low for several hours until frozen veggies are tender.
