1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c mashed potatoes
1 c shredded potatoes
2 large eggs
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 c milk ( or less)
Onion or your favorite ingredient
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl until blended.
Add eggs, mashed potatoes and shredded potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Add butter and enough milk to make a batter.
Season batter with added onion or your favorite ingredient.
Place batter in a cast iron frying pan using approx. 1/4 stick butter on med. high heat.
Cook like a regular pancake.
