1 cup butter
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup onion
giblets from turkey
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried thyme
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups chicken broth, use water giblets are cooked in and combine broth to total 4 cups
12 cups dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook giblets in water, about 2 cups, with celery and onion until tender. Add butter during the last few minutes to melt. Add spices, eggs, and more broth if needed. Add crumbs, stir to blend. Cook in slow cooker on high for 45 minutes; reduce heat to low for 6 hours.
