1, 9" unbaked pie crust

10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach or broccoli
8 oz. shredded Swiss or Gruyere cheese
2 Tbls flour
1 c. milk
3 eggs beaten
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach or broccoli per package instructions, drain well, and let cool.
Toss cheese and flour together and set aside.
Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper mix well.
Add spinach and cheese mixtures to eggs. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
