9" pie crust uncooked

12 oz Jimmy Dean's Lite Sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 Lb. slice mushrooms
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbls. flour
1 Tbls. chopped parsley
1/4 t. Cajun seasoning salt
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Brown sausage, onions and mushrooms.
Drain well.
Add cheese, flour, parsley, salt and mix with sausage mixture.
Put sausage mixture in pie crust.
Mix milk and eggs together and pour over the sausage mixture.

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
