3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbls melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
I mix this in my blender.
Add eggs Blend on low.
Add salt and 1/4 c. of flour and blend
Add rest of flour and mix.
Add milk, 1/4 cup at time blending after each addition.
Add melted butter and blend until smooth.

Pour into a buttered 10" or 12" skillet.
Bake for 20 minutes.

The pancake will puff up.
Cut in quarters and serve with
Butter, cinnamon flavored powdered sugar,
and Fresh sliced strawberries. (optional)
