13 eggs, hard boiled and chopped, 27 slices of crispy crumbled bacon, 3 1/4 10oz pkg FRESH spinach (not frozen), 1 1/4 c oil, 3 1/4 small onions chopped, 1/2 c + 2 T lemon juice, 6 3/4 cloves fresh garlic minced, salt and pepper.

Combine eggs, bacon spinach and onion in a bowl. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss.
