Vegetable oil
1 large onion chopped
2 carrots diced
2 cans red kidney beans rinsed
2 cans garbanzo beans rinsed
3 small red potatoes cubed
1 tbsp. garlic
1 - 2 32 oz cans chicken broth
1 20 oz package of triple cheese tortellini
1-2 tbsp. Tony Chacher's cajun season
2-3 drops Tobasco Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic, onions, carrots and potatoes till light brown in oil. Add chicken broth, beans and seasoning and bring to boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Add tortellini and tobasco and simmer for 10 minutes.
