Ingredients:  
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. flour or cornstarch
1 c. water
3 T. butter
3 T. lemon juice
3 T. grated lemon rind
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour. Gradually stir in water. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly.until mixture is thicken and boils. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Great with Gingerbread.
