1 - Chicken - Boiled and deboned
1 - onion - chopped very fine
Pickles (Dill or sweet your choice)
Boiled eggs chopped
Finely chopped pecans
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Light Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and debone. Add the above ingredients (amounts will depend on the size of chicken). Mix in Light Miracle Whip or a Non-Fat Salad Dressing of your choice.
