1 - large chicken
2 c. water
1 can (6 oz.) orange juice
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. vinegar
3 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. ripe black olives sliced
1 medium avocado - diced
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in large sauce pan with water. Cover and cook until tender. Remove and cool. Meanwhile put orange juice, cooing oil, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, salt, and hot sauce in blender and blend at high speed for 5 seconds or until smooth. Cover and refrigerate. Remove chicken from bone and dice. Place diced chicken, celery, olives, avocado, and almonds in salad bowl. Coat lightly with about 1/2 c. dressing. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
